I just bought a new thermal take 600W PSU. I installed it and plugged it in. At first I was hesitant because it comes with a 115/230 switch but I just took a leap of faith and went with default 115v setting. Anyways, I turned it on and immediately my power light Indicator on case went out. What happened? The system loaded and seems to work fine. I had turned it off and when I hit the button it flashed again and turned off . Should I be concerned?

So obviously I'm probably not going to get my light back unless I replace it but I was wondering if this PSU is still fine to leave in or should I take out and put in old one so I don't have future problems

I mean it works but I guess I just wanted suggestions on whether I should scrap it because I don't want anything else to be fried. I'll probably keep it unless someone here tells me that its a horrible PSU and will give my PC cancer. Last time I buy a PSU that is not 80+ or from thermaltake. I'm going to only go with corsair or evga etc from now on. Thanks for all the help everyone!
