Here is the current list we have http://pcpartpicker.com/list/CCC29W He already owns the graphics card so we are building around that. His budget is about 700. We are trying to build a pc that could run games at 60fps ultra 1080p although I am still new to the whole pc building so im not sure if this would suffice.

It needs a better psu for sure. I switched to a better motherboard deal to make room in the budget for a good reliable psu.
