Someone recently told me that Liquid Cooled CPU coolers pipes harden over time.

Is this a common issue for the Corsair H110 I if so will it cause the pipe to crack?
Last question, Do liquid coolers ever have problems with condensations leaking through the pipes if in use and not in use for a few weeks?

They're rubber and all rubber will harden over time.
Doubt you'll ever notice it and it will never be an issue.
Still, probably a good idea to periodically inspect your hoses. Just a quick check for cracks, but unless you get sun on your components, you should be ok for a decade or so.
