I got the hang of what dpi means but i pictured something with a simple bar that goes up and down whilst choosing what the dpi to be... Not this alien looking thing.

I want some expert to explain me what all of this means --

Why all the DPI/1/2/3/4/5 when i thought it was going to be a single thing ?

What's *LINK XY* ?

Any additional information would be nice.

P.S. ALRIGHT I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO UPLOAD PICTURES ON THIS SITE! > http://imgur.com/a/BxOZT

^ Yep.

Ok, a bit clearer with photos now.

-Maybe you only want two profiles and don't want to have to click through #3, 4 and 5 to get back to #1.

-Link XY is having the same DPI for horizontal and vertical. For some odd reason people might like different rates for both.

This is a great example of a lot of PC products/software that just overly complicate things, or maybe you just need to buy products that better suit your needs.

Basically it's sensitivity.
The higher the number the slower it moves.

The 1-5 numbers are purely arbitrarily assigned. Maybe 1 is slow and 5 is fast. Maybe other way around. Just choose a number that you like and forget about it.

You can probably untick profiles to disable them.
Does the mouse have a physical DPI switch button? If so, any unticked profiles won't be selectable with that button.

Link XY, this links the X and Y axis movements for the mouse when changing the DPI, if you unselect this you can change both the X and Y axis movements of the mouse independently.

This hurts my brain... Maybe i'm stupid who knows.

The mouse is called > Redragon M903 Origin 4,000 DPI Gaming Mouse. But i think i got the basics, so if i disable one out of the 5 will i lose any advantages ? Or should i leave them all ticked (on) ?
