I want to upgrade my graphics card and I have bought a GeForce GT 730 card with a pcie x8 bus, however my computer has a x16 bus I saw another forum that would suggest it should work just fine, however when I try to use the card all I see on the monitor is a light blue screen with the hp logo in the center and at the bottom it says "press the ESC ke..." at those dots the text cuts of because this screen is only half displayed on the monitor like, the edge of the monitor cuts off the image halfway through. If i press ESC nothing happens for about a minute, then the computer itself (not the speakers) starts making a clicking sound no matter what button I press, the same sound the iphone makes when you type using the iphone's built in keyboard.
