You don't have many options left now for performance without an expensive upgrade.
Your limiting factor is the GPU 2GB card memory which is not enough for some of the latest AAA games.
With the latest graphic engines and DX capability, more game producers are taking advantage and putting much more demand on system requirement.
You can improve performance of your FX-8350 by OCing as that will be the bottle neck.
It will depend on the games you play and the game settings ie: resolution, you choose for fps.
Your current setup will support the games but performance wise, time will tell.

Not highly demanding game though. Your computer can run most games on medium settings with 1080p. Your processor and RAM is good enough. For upcoming years it should do.
