amazon's always strives to be competitive in terms of prices. don't worry so much. high voltage is tolerable considering you have good cooling and the appropriate heatsink to dissipate the heat. If you're really concerned about overclocking reliability / durability, then you can always spend more money, such as an Asus ROG motherboard, that offer higher end components. As with anything you buy, you get what you pay for.
