in intel desktop board , DG41WV , pentium E6600 3.06Ghz is fixed, does DG41WV supports transcend 2GB RAM DDR3 1333 CL9 on each channel? if not solution my requirement is I need 4GB RAM?

Solution
Intel motherboard DG41WV supports up to 2 GB per module, any higher memory module capacity will cause system freezes, crashes etc.

If wanting 4 GB of total system memory then TWO 2 GB memory modules will be required.

The Intel DG41WV supports up to DDR3-1066 natively (without overclocking). Using memory at higher frequency (at DDR3-1333 for example), the system will automatically down clock the memory to 1066 MHz to make it compatible with the system.

If wanting to run memory at higher frequency than the system default of 1066 MHz, then the system will have to be overclocked, but this may be difficult to do in this system due to limited BIOS.

Some compatible Transcend memory -

TS256MLK64V1U 2 GB module at 1066 MHz (CAS latency 7 @ 1066 MHz)

TS256MLK64V3U 2 GB module at 1333 MHz (CAS latency 9 @ 1333 MHz), this module will be down clocked to 1066 MHz

Also note that it might require several attempts using two individual 2 GB modules to find an inter-module compatible combination.
