Fx 8350 running hot?

So i have a corsair h90 liquid cooler on my 8350 and im at idle temps around up to 45c sometimes, is this bad? Also when i run prime95 it only gets up to about 60c so i know thats normal.

P.s i havent changed my thermal paste in a while, could it be that?

The 8350 runs hot, period. If you're only getting up to 60C under Prime95, you're doing good. Idle temps will be around 30-45C for a one fan radiator, so that's perfectly normal.

My 8350 idled at 25-30C but I had a H100i on it and I was in ambient 22-23C environment. My temps got up to about 50-55C under full load.
