GTX 950 - 500W Psu is enough?

You'll be CPU limited at some points in some games with an old i3 .
Not to the extent of unplayability & its no reason not to buy a 950.

Your total system probably wont draw more than 200w, definitely not over 250w. So building in a good safety margin a good 350w PSU would be fine. The problem is that is a low quality PSU, personally I wouldn't risk my pc on a low quality unit but it should work.
