Hello guys,
I have a problem with my Logitech m171 mouse. It's not even a month old, it's battery isn't even a month old. The mouse is wireless and has invisible optic. I plugged the receiver correctly, but the cursor won't move when I move the mouse, but the left and right button is working. This pisses me off, why would it do this? I rubbed the mouse (and the optic) with tissue, and cloth but the cursor still won't even move. I also unplugged the receiver, restarted, put back the receiver and did whatever I could do, nothing worked.
I had no problem with the mouse until it suddenly stopped moving yesterday when I was playing Terraria, I just accidentally got (slightly) moved it out of the mouse pad, then it stopped moving.
I tested my other mouse (which has visible red optic and also wireless), it moved perfectly but my m171 is not. So I'm guessing the problem has something to do with the optic.
And I don't want to buy another mouse when mine isn't even a month old
So any help to fix this? I would be very happy.
