A friend of mine has an Intel Core i7 920, a processor I think would perform on par with the W3550, and he has it paired with a GTX 970 and definitely the CPU isn't bottlenecking at all, at Full HD with x4 MSAA and Max details games work comparably to the benchmarks run on a 4790K @4.5Ghz. With that setup you have I guess you could play at 1080p with the settings on like medium quality with no problems.
