is there is a bottleneck on this rig ?

Solution
^True. And ideally, you want the 'bottleneck' to be the GPU in gaming situations. As in, you want it utilised to its fullest (if needed) without something else holding it back. In your case, you should be fine with that Xeon, although its clock speed could hurt it in games where raw frequency can help over architecture. It isn't REALLY a gaming cpu, but its a balanced system I would say.

yes, there's ALWAYS a bottleneck in EVERY rig, no matter what or when. by definition, one thing will always hit a limit at some point, before some other thing. depends on the parts and on the game or application. no such thing as a "no bottleneck" system. at all. not just today, but ever.

now, if you have a specific game or application in mind, there might be a way to identify WHICH part is the bottleneck, and you can decide how drastic it will be. but there will be one. guaranteed.
