Looking to see if this iBuyPower PC is worth $1190

Worth is something only YOU can determine.
The parts look ok, but you have not stated the cost.
Add up the cost of individual parts to see how much you are being charged for assembly.

FWIW, I would not buy without a SSD of at least 240gb for windows.
