RX 480 (Reuse Existing Freesync Monitor ) or GTX 1070

Dear Experts,

i really need your help.
i have monitor that freesync capable (Samsung C24F390).
i have a plan to buy new graphic card since my R9 270X is died last week.

Should i go for RX 480 or buy GTX 1070?

I'd just save yourself a bit of cash and go with an RX 480. A 1070 would be wasted on a 60Hz native 1080p monitor, and you wouldn't be able to use Freesync.
