I can't speak to the other two headsets because I've never used them but I love my HyperX Cloud. I bought it over the HyperX Cloud 2 for a couple reasons. First, I don't like simulated surround sound headsets. My previous headset was a Turtle Beach 5.1 system and I never liked the sound quality. I would rather have a quality, stereo headset any day.
Second, I didn't want a USB headset. I would much rather have something with standard 3.5mm headset and mic jacks that don't require any drivers or software to use. A side benefit is that it is easily compatible with other devices. I also use it for my PS4 on the rare occasion that I play a game on that console.
