I want a PC but I don't have a lot of money to spend. I was looking into the dell optliplex 780.I'm just mainly going to use it to watch videos online and to play some low end games.Do you think it will do OK with games like roblox and unturned?I use computers a lot but don't know a lot about them thanks for answering.

Optiplex 780 can run up to Q9650 CPU, There were several sizes of 780. how far you can go with PSU and GPU will be determined by that. Mini Tower is the most upgradeable.
GTX750Ti can usually be installed with a little fitting required.
