Amd Radeon 8730m wont install *error data cyclic redundancy * on device manager

My laptops Specs
DELL insprion 15r
i5 3777U -1.8ghz
dual Grahpics (intel 4000 and Radeon HD 8730m)
8 gb ram
windows 10
i uninstalled my graphic driver by mistake and now when i try to reinstall it back i get an error every time, ive tried installing the latest driver from amd, itll install everything but the driver, ive tried installing the driver from the dell web site still wont install and when i update it through device manager this is what i get

Open "This PC", select the drive, right click, click properties. Window will open, in tools tab, you can commence error checking. If it prompts to, tell it to fix the problems it finds. It may require restart which it will prompt.

I think the problem is phycical corruption, which will prevent writing or reading of the affected files, which would explain why trying to reinstall the driver just fails again and again. If the physical location on disk where the files are located is marked corrupted, then hopefully next attempt to install the new drivers again, will write them elsewhere. It could be that some other Windows files are affected too and that they have become messed up, possibly requiring repair install of Windows.

If it doesn't find any errors, then it's different problem. This is just a guess so far, the error message is not very obvious.
