Hey hey! First build! Just looking to see if I need more than 500W PSU. I had one given to me and would obviously like to use it. I have used all of the calculators and they come to about 360W.

Cheers for the advice!

Solution
That is not a very good psu and I would not use it even if it was free.

Also, you want a Z170 motherboard, not a H170.

Are you in the US?

Thanks for the answer.
I'll go pick up a new PSU this weekend. I live in Canada.
Why is the Z170 needed?

Thanks again!

If you want to overclock, You need a Z170 board.
If you DON'T want to overclock, you don't need to pay extra for the i5 6600k. Get the regular i5 6600 or even the 6500 instead. You also don't need the Cooler Master cooler. You can save yourself a good bit of money.

Thanks for the help, I have wrapped my mind around it now. Getting a new 600+ PSU, returning the H170 just in case I want to overclock in the future. This build is coming together!

Cheers
