Sorry I was offline for a little bit. That's not the problem here.

Do your USB ports work? Do you have another PC that can get online and has USB ports?

If the answer is yes, then please follow the instructions below.

Look on your motherboard for a make and model number (there may also be a revision number which is also important). Go to the manufacturer's website and download drivers on another computer with working USB ports and internet connection. Put drivers on USB flash drive, put the flash drive in the problem computer, install the drivers, restart, problem solved.

the question marks are by other devices Ethernet controller and multimedia audio controller. I rechecked and i still can't get online and i don't have the xp disc.
