Looking to upgrade graphics of A10-7850K

Hello,

I've been looking at all the RX 400 series GPUs, and I am wondering if there is an option out these that will allow me to upgrade from the integrated graphics on my APU.

I built the computer as a budget option. Now I feel a little overwhelmed trying to find a GPU to pair with my A10. I don't have the budget to replace the CPU at this time, and I'm looking to spend about $200-250 on a new GPU.

I'm also currently looking to buy a new CPU cooler to replace the stock one.

APU: A10-7850K
MOBO: ASUS A88XM-E
RAM: DDR3 16GB 2133
Case; Rosewill R536-BK w/ 500w PSU

The RX-480 is the only one I see available here in the US at this time. Most of them are sold out. The RX-480 will be a bit much for the A10 to keep up with in some games, but still a good choice.
You may want to also consider the GTX 960 if you want to avoid major CPU bottleneck. I notice that the "500W" PSU that comes with that case has a couple low capacity +12V rails (16A/192W and 15A/180W). The 150W RX-480 may be pushing the limit a bit.

Thank you for the reply. I was considering the 960, but wasn't sure if a newer option would work. I'm trying to read up and understand how DirectX 12 changes crossfire possibilities with my APU.

Consider the RX480 not the GTX960. I've put a 480 it in three different desktops as upgrades. The last one in a Lenovo x315 desktop with an AMD FX770K Quad Core CPU running 3.9 Ghz max. 16 Gb DDR3 ram. Driving a Seiki 42" TV at full 4K 60 fps on HDMI 2.0 port. Gaming is fantastic.
