I am trying to get hot spot so I can use my apps everywhere since I have no data. I am new at this but I just want to know how to create a ssid

The hotspot will either come set up with an SSID for your phone's wifi to find or have instructions on how to set it up with an SSID. Make sure you change any default login names and passwords or keys on the hotspot and enable AES encryption.
