Hey guys, I"m sort of stuck choosing a motherboard for my new build.
My build will be as follows: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/DayQuil_Man/saved/ I might also add an m.2 in the future (maybe) and I look to overclock too.
Lately I've seen many posts on how ASUS is going downhill in terms of quality and especially in their motherboards. I would really like to purchase the board I picked out but I'm still on the fence.
I've been doing some research and see that ASRock seems like a solid company. If i go with ASRock I'm torn between the Extreme7+ and the Fatal1ty Z170 Professional Gaming i7.
As you can see my budget is pretty high and I am willing to spend $300-ish on a motherboard. I need a motherboard that has good sound, is able to easily overclock, and will last me for many years.
I'm open to all opinions, thanks in advanced
