Graphics card for displaying 4 Windows on a 4K monitor

I am building a PC and I want two 4K monitors and at least one more which can be standard resolution. It will not be for gaming but will have several programs running and would like to see them all e.g. 8 programs on two monitors and the third monitor would just be the desktop.
I have googled to the cows come home and haven't found an answer short of a very expensive Quadro.

Thanks, the link was to another card, I think the 1080.
I naively thought there was just a Nvidia brand, but I see all different types of suppliers and each seem to have several models. Do I just pick the lowest price? or are some manufacturers better than others?
I do want a quiet card, paying more for more quiet is fine.

i just checked the link again and it is indeed a gtx 950

as long as it has the DP or HDMI 2.0 you need for the 4k monitors model doesnt matter

"quiet" is irrelevant to me, that is something you need to research on your own XD
