This is My PC:
INTEL CORE I5 3340 ,3.1 GHz 6M CACHE
GIGABYTE GEFORCE GTX 960 WINDFORCE 2X OC 2GB
KINGSTON HYPER X FURY BLUE 8 GB 1600MHz

I'm planning to upgrade my PC to:
INTEL CORE I7 4770 ,3.4 GHz 8M CACHE
AMD RADEON RX 480 4GB
KINGSTON HYPER X FURY BLUE 8 GB 1600MHz (stay with the same RAM)

Will this be a good upgrade for 1080p high or ultra settings or no???

Solution
Yes, it would, but you should get a Skylake rig + GTX 1060 instead:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Xeon E3-1240 V5 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($269.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: *Gigabyte GA-X150M-PLUS WS Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($49.05 @ Amazon)
Memory: *GeIL EVO POTENZA 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory ($57.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $377.03
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available
*Lowest price parts chosen from parametric criteria

That Xeon is an i7 6700 equivalent.
