Hey all, having an issue with my Arctic freezer 7 pro not running in my motherboard. Currently, I'm running an:
MSI b150 Mortar Motherboard,
The aforementioned Cooler, (one didnt come stock with the intel i5 6600k)
and a 500w power supply.
I'm not sure as to what could be going wrong, as we have ran tests to confirm the CPU fan and the SYS fan both are receiving power. We checked to make sure the fan was plugged into the motherboard correctly and when we do plug it in, it will spin like 1/4 of the way before stopping.
Any ideas as to what could be wrong?

Edit: forgot to mention that I tried updating the BIOS to its newest version and in the MSI board explorer the connection keeps showing up as disconnected (even though its properly installed)
