Gpu overclocking on h81m motherboard

My friend wants to know if he can safely overclock his gpu on his motherboard

asus h81m-D lga1150
msi gtx950 gaming 2g

is it okay? or he needs to upgrade his mobo?

Your GPU clock speed has nothing to do with which Mobo you have. So yes they should be able to OC just fine assuming a good quality power supply that is adequate for the extra load and a good thermal solution on the card (heatsink and fan). Be reminded there is no safely.....failures can and do happen and you overclock at your own risk!
