Lastweek I have fps drops while playing League of Legends. Then I noticed my gpu suddenly running on pci-e x4 instead of x16. When I reinsert my gpu to the pice slot, it has no display and the fan stops spinning for every 5seconds. Then I insert my gpu to other PC and everything works well including the fan. Im suspecting my PSU has the problem since it suddenly running on pci-e x4 and the fan stops spinning for every 5seconds. Thanks for your help. I need to know which part I should replace the gpu or the psu

I would as suggested first try the system with a new power supply.
I would say on average if the power supply has had a hard life, and is as old as you say for it to be the suspect.

If you confirmed the card worked perfectly in another system that had or contained another power supply of about the same wattage output, or slightly more Davis.

A failing PSU can cause all sorts of unpleasantries and that particula model is not good. That being, said, how do you know it's running at x4?
