I'm just curious if PNY any good in the graphics card business. I'm looking to upgrading, and the more I research, the more I see the name brand, EVGA, Gigabyte, MSI, etc., and was wondering if PNY could do the same as the name brand. I'm still a beginner to computer building and was wanting some opinions on the subject.
Are PNY brand of GPU any good?

They're good, but most of their cards (if not all) use a reference cooler aka the blower type cooler, which is good for SLI, but if you plan to use only one card it would be better to get a card with a better aftermarket cooler, the brands that you mentioned have those models.
