So I'm really milking this subject but my budget keeps changing :D
So as the title says ,build the PC but exclude the RX 480 but make sure it's all compatible.
My budget is 300-400 euro and I need the prices to include shipping.
Please include a case,Cheap SSD with the combination of a 1tb HDD, and preferably an Intel CPU ;).
Thanks!
P.S: Can I also burn an installation of windows 7 or 10 onto a CD or DVD or USB and just buy a product key for the OS and do it that way?

So apparently all I wrote was deleted while submitting. Let's try again.

400 is quite little budget.

I'd buy an i5. Everything else is just a waste of money on the Rx480.
As the LGA1151 i5s are a bit too expensive yet - combined with the board, I'd go for a LGA1150 built. Problem: last generation already
You can get a Z97 board by Gigabyte around 65/70 bucks and an i5 for ~190
A well-timed corsair DDR3-1600 Vengeance 8GB Ram Kit for ~35
And then we already reached the 400 budget

A Xigmatek or Sharkoon VS4 case +30
A PSU, I suggest XFX, best price/performance/quality ratio with around 500Watts is another 50
Personally I only use HGST HDDs but a Seagate or WD green with 1TB should be around 45 extra
An 120 GB SSD by...
I'll let someone else help with the build, but I can easily answer your last question. You can download Windows 10's ISO from here:

Windows 10 Download Tool

It's pretty straight forward, have at least an 8GB USB key handy and the tool will copy the ISO to the key and make it bootable. You'll still need to purchase a Product Key via Microsoft directly or another official source. You could even purchase a DVD copy and use the Product Key provided and still use the USB to install from.

Oh alright, thanks!

Since no one else answered on a build, I attempted to do one. However for a gaming PC, that budget is too tight in my opinion. My build was just about 630 euro (not including shipping) and it was entry level in my opinion. I went with a i5 because in my opinion a quad core is pretty much mandatory now. You might get away with a dual core for older games, but for newer games you really need a good quad core. Just for the sake of showing you, here is the link:

Possible Build

You could shave off a few euro here and there, but you'll never get it down to 300 - 400 euro.

An 120 GB SSD by Samsung/OCZ/Radeon/Kingston another 60
Optical drive, if needed, is 20 extra
An additional case fan maybe, 8 extra
+Wires (SATA, etc) 3extra

I wouldn't really go any lower than this using a rx480.

Consider saving a little money with an AMD CPU if budget is tight. I've installed RX480s with different AMD Quad Core CPUs and they run great. One was a FX Quad Core Black Edition on an Asus m5a97 le r2.0 motherboard. The other was a FX770K Quad Core in a Lenovo OEM motherboard. Maybe there's synergism with AMD CPU with AMD GPU (?). Can't say enough good things about the RX480!
