Some motherboard suggestions?

I plan on running a gtx 1070, i5/i7 skylake and DDR4 however I'm not terribly familiar with motherboards and what I need in one. Primarily used for gaming. Any insight on what I should look for in a motherboard or motherboards suggestions appreciated!

If you plan on overclocking (you have a 6600k/6700k) get a z170 that fits your price range, if not get an h170 since it doesn't have the capability to overclock but is cheaper.
