I just built a new PC (this is my first time) (specs below). All the fans and LEDs turn on (I don't have a motherboard speaker). The motherboard does not have onboard video so my theory is that the bios setting is set to default display as something other than PCIe. So is it possible to set that to PCIe without using a display? Also I'm connecting via HDMI and I know that the monitor works.

Specs:
CPU: AMD FX-8320e black edition
CPU Cooler: Stock AMD one
Motherboard: ASRock Super Alloy 970A-G/3.1
GPU: Asus GeForce GTX 950
PSU: Corsair CX650M
Case: Thermaltake Versa H22
Storage: 120GB Patriot SSD

Crucial Ballistix (2*4gb DIMMs) and I already tried booting up the system with one stick of RAM and I tried it in multiple DIMM slots with both DIMMs
