Hello friends,
when I turn on the system to my new gaming PC I get only the red CPU Led and no boot. The Case, CPU Cooler, and GPU fans and leds work.

Here are my Specs:
Mobo: Asus Sabertooth 990fx R2.0
CPU: AMD FX9370
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport 16GB (8Gig x 2) 1600 HHz clock speed DDR3 PC3-12800
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master V8 GTS
PSU: Sentey 1000W 80 Plus Bronze
GPU: MSI Gaming GTX 960 4GB

I have looked at similar posts and tried many things suggested.
-I have updated the BIOS
-I have cleared CMOS
-I have reseated everything multiple times
-the 8pin CPU power is connected
-I have tried the MemOK button
-There are no bent pins on my CPU, it is seated correctly and I am using TIM
-My RAM is set in ports 2&4 starting from CPU side and I have tried to use only one stick
-Nothing is behind my Mobo to cause a short
-I do not have too much TIM leaking to cause a short.

Any suggestions would be helpful, Thank you

Solution
Yes, as it seems that there's nothing else to try.
If RMA-ing them, when getting back the new components, please post back to check firstly if a BIOS update is needed or not.
FX-9370 BIOS required version 1708 or newer. How to update your BIOS / UEFI? using ASUS USB BIOS FLASHBACK, an easy low level way to update your BIOS on supported motherboards with no CPU, MEMORY ( RAM ) or GRAPHICS CARD ( GPU ) required.

Due to the high TDP, please be noted there are limitations while using this CPU (i.e. special thermal required..), that is, a dual 120mm radiator liquid CPU cooler.

I have the same problem and tryed everything as above. My problem is that i can't return the mobo, i need to find a way to fix it. All the repair shops that i called seem to be newbies and have no ideea how to actually fix a mobo, only to troubleshoot stuff.
Anyone knows an actual mobo doctor? Tnx in advance
