1| You're on Windows 10 and the controller isn't recognized as an Xbox 360 controller.
2| Can you please pass on your full system's specs inclusive of your connected peripherals?
3| Have you made sure your BIOS and chipset/USB drivers are up to date?
4| Have you tried installing your Xbox 360 controller's drivers in compatibility mode:
Right click installer>Properties>Compatibility Tab>Windows 7 from drop down menu
?

I fixed your image link, hope you don't mind.

The Controller is recognized as an Xbox 360 controller (in the device manager it shows up as "Xbox 360 Controller"
My BIOS and Chipset drivers should be up to date, but i dont know ho to check them. can you guide me please?
