Can Rx 380X go in this PC?

Saw this PC on craigslist and has no info on the motherboard PCI slots so i had to come here to figure out my question,

It lists the PCIE expansion slots lower in the page. It has (1) PCIE 2.0x16 and (1) PCIE 2.0x1 slots on the motherboard.

The big question would be the length of the video card. If it is short, I would think it would fit no problem. If it is a long video card, then it is questionable.

Also, adding a new video card would probably mean you need to also purchase a new power supply as well.
