My Max is $1200 dollars
Nothing specific, I want at least a 1070 GPU. I will probably not overclock but there is always a possibility. Please include OS as well, Ia'm ok with a win 8.
Saw this build but I think I can get a better build for that price, especially the PSU.

I could have went with an H170 motherboard but by choosing the Z170 you're more likely to have a good upgrade path for Kaby Lake when it comes out, and it only cost about 11.00 USD more. If you don't want the Optical Disk Drive, simply delete it from the parts list. I still use mine so I tend to include it in all my designs.

If you are definitely not overclocking then I would suggest a different motherboard so you could save some cash. However, if you want to overclock, then I would suggest the i5 6600k processor and the DEEPCOOL GamerStrom ASSASSIN II CPU Cooler. While this will add $100 to your budget, it will perform better and look awesome to boot as it is keeping with the red and black theme I used when picking the components.

Will this run all the mainstream games? I see that you chose the 6500CPU but do I have the option to upgrade to a Unlocked processor in the future?

Thank you
