If someone would be able to look at this build for any errors or issues and give any recommendations, I would be very thankful. The 1600Mhz RAM is not for me and is for a friend so will not be in the final build.

If possible would go the K model CPU (4690K), you have a mobo that can OC, so would be like having a free CPU upgrade for you. On the DRAM get the full amount in a single package - no guarantees those two sets of DRAM will even play nice together, and for 16GB go with a 2x8GB set, (two sticks will be less stress on the MC 9memory controller) than 4 sticks (slight performance increase)) - rest looks good ;)
