My PC shuts down after a few minutes while im playing a game

I have a PC since A year now
And since 2 days always when im playing CS GO and Arma 3 My pc shuts down and restarts Even though im fine playing rocket league as long as i want

My specs:
32 GB DDR3
i7 4790k 4.00GH.z
980GTX EVGA
64Bit System
Im Using win 10
corsair 650 PSU
Cooler Master Seidon 120v Version 2

Sounds like PSU failure or a heat related issue (may be your pump has failed)
Check the CPU and GPU temperature at idle and under load.
what is cooled by your water thing ? (CPU, GPU, both)

Im sorry but what is an PSU ? also how can i check the tempaerature i think it cools the cpu

What model? Corsair do both good and poor quality units. It will be a few letters like CX, VS, AX, RM.

Bad news - that's kinda too high load for this PSU.
It is very basic model not intended for gaming and enthusiast PCs
