ASUS Anti-surge problem

I have my PC for about 2 years, played some 3d games. It's not that extreme though. I play all AC : Ezio Trilogy, and some shooting games, all at medium graphics. Then I got this error from ASUS anti-surge. That it was triggered, press F1 to SETUP. Then it always do that. For about a month. Then when in a completely important work, it shut down. I cannot turn it on again. I received continuous beeps but I fixed it but after that, my PC did not turn on completely. I asked a few friends, and they answered. First, I cleaned my 2 RAMs and I switch them. I cleaned my whole PC, replug all ATX cables and other power related cables, removed and placed my CMOS battery again, cleaned the CPU and PSU fans, and used a blower to clean the PSU. Still, did not respond. It's not the wire that connects the USP to PSU, which was totally deeply inserted in the PSU. I also tried to directly plugging my PC to the wall outlet.DId not turned on! Then I unplug my UPS, my PC turned on! I still have the problem though. Now my PC is just trash now. I think it's the PSU. I have checked the BIOS and the volts are displayed in red. I have an ASUS A58ME Motherboard. Please answer

GPU : AMD Radeon A6000
RAM : 2 DDR3 Kingston 4 GB

Yeah that looks like standard ATX form factor. You can replace it with a Seasonic S12II (a great and relatively cheap option). Also, despite the Fortress PSU advertising 700W, it can actually only deliver barely 300W where it matters.

I got a standard power supply. I don't know what brand, but it looks like a Sumvision Standard X3 500W Power Supply. Just one UPS connector. It's a tier 5 in this website so kind of sucks. Has some red in the surface, and a red fan. I'm not in my home right now but maybe tomorrow I could answer a more specific brand.

My PSU is actually built in to my PC. It's the same brand as my PC case, Fortress. It has one AC input, and a rear fan. It's like the one I said so I've mistaken to be it's my PSU. All ATX cases has built in PSU, I forgot.

Psus are removable/replaceable. Cases may come with a pre-installed unit, but never a built in one. It can be changed, but from symptoms described, its definitely a psu issue. Asus AntiSurge can be a little finicky, but this time I believe it's served you very well, probably saved the motherboard and/or cpu from psu surge damage.

I did not literally mean that it's not removable. It's just that it's there when we buy my PC.

Actually, the Seasonic S12II is about $50. But in our country, about 2,400 pesos when converted. I'm at the Philippines. 2,400 is really cheap for a PSU. But 2 400, kind of impossible for me to buy that. My father, who apparently bought all what I need to have a PC, don't want to fix that PC. I don't know why, but yeah. I'm only 14. I don't have any job or profit. But anyway thanks for replying you two. Really appreciate it.
