I want to build a new gaming PC with main focus on DOTA 2 and other AAA titles at 1080p single monitor.

I am mainly thinking about skylake build and to be frank it will take me somewhere from 5-6 months to get the money i want it to be around 2000$ or 120k-150k INR and also i would be paying 1.5 times from all the American retail prices atleast.

CPU - i5 6600k

Mobo - gigabyte z170x gaming 7

CPU cooler - confused Coolermaster 212 EVo or should i go Water Cooling because dust is a big problem where i live

GFX - gigabyte GTX 1070

PSU - any good 80+ corsair or Cooler Master

Case - Confused I love NZXT Phantom 530 would like suggestions with better cable management filters fans and Mod ability again dust is a BITCH here so i need something against that

Monitor - please recommend a good 1080p

SO can i please get some thoughts on how to make it better like skylake or get kabylake if it is there at that time.

Thank You all in advance.

If you want to combat dust you need a case that has filters around all intakes. So you need front and bottom fan filters. Lots of cases have those. I would advise 1060 for 1080p only. If you're overclocking I would consider a watercooler. No sense speculating Kaby Lake as we don't know much about it. Asus makes some good 1080p monitors, try to find one with a 1ms response time or 2ms. 144hz is the best but 60hz isn't bad and really the higher hz is better for competitive FPS games.

I just built a new system for gaming and video editing. I went with a higher processor for the video editing, I wned up getting the Core i 7 6800k. I don't do any over clocking, but with the higher processing speeds, I have no real need to overclock.

I was using the Coolermaster HAF X case for the last 5 years or so. Solid case, but it is a pain the @$$ to do maintenance on when it comes to cleaning out the dust form the fans and what not. It's a couple hour task most the time. So when I started building this new rig, I too looked for cases.

If you are planning to go full tower, may I suggest the Corsair Graphite 760T? I went with it, and I am in LOVE with this case. Hinged doors as side panels that easily come open with a handle (no screws needed),. You can get in white or black, and the cable management is solid. If you would like to see a video of all it's features, this one here from Linus Tech Tips is a solid review.

The Gaming 7 is a great main board.
But only if you got an analogue sound system / headset
If you use a 7.1 USB headset f.e. the GA7 board is wasted bcs it ain't any better than some cheaper boards and you can save some money by picking a 170$ MSI/Asus/GA5 board if you're not using the creative sound chip anyway.
