I've got a GTX 770 the 4gb one it plays games at high on 1080p for 60fps but probably won't do so well soon especially next year has anyone got some recommendations for gpu's I could buy that will do well I've heard the gtx 1080 is good but seems pricey how much would a used 770 4gb sell for? Anything that will do high resolutions for 60fps or more on ultra for the next 2 years would be good. I've also got an I7 - 4770K @4.4GHz I think I bought in 2013 but it seems to be doing well it never heats over mid 50's while gaming and can stay at high 40's and uses on average 10-30% cpu usage gaming so might be able to go another year or two?

The 770 is still a decent card for for 1080p gaming. You could move up to a GTX 1060, which has a little better performance than the current 970, or even the GTX 1070 if you intend to run 1440p at some point. I would probably just wait until my current graphics card can't run the games I want to play at the settings I use and see what's available then. There may be something faster and cheaper.
