The problem is that i wanted to get hands on evga gtx 1070 sc but in my country only the gigabyte gtx 1070 g1 gaming is available (idk y). Will this card give the same performance? and what about the temperature and sound? Will it be worse, same or better than the evga gtx 1070 sc? Also will an i5-4590 bottlneck this card at 1080p? Or should i also look onto an i7-4790k...

Your i5 will be fine with a 1070. The G1 gaming is a good choice. Basically all the aftermarket coolers cool the same and are basically silent. The G1 also has a slightly higher factory overclock than the EVGA SC as well as RGB lighting if that matters to you.

don't buy gigabyte edition instead buy asus ROG edition the reason is that recently i bought gigabyte windforce gtx 960 graphics it produces scratching sounds so go with asus series hope this helps

I just bought a 1070 G1. No scratching sounds. Very pleased with the performance also. But if you manage to get the fans at 100% (I did using Afterburner) the PC sounds as it is about to lift off. My computer is very silent so it seemed like a huge difference. But gaming the fans wont go over 50% so it's still silent.

HEY EVERYONE! my i5 is a serious bottleneck to the gtx 1070. benchmarked it my self and gpu usage was dropping to 80% and sometime even 70%... gta v goes below 60 fps on very high and same with far cry 4 and ac unity.. was expecting 90 fps. Any ways really very disappointed with the results :(
