I have been browsing around for a good graphics card for 1080p gaming max settings @ 60htz and I'm stuck between theses options

A new $130 gtx 970 (EVGA GeForce GTX 970 04G-P4-3975-KR 4GB SSC ACX 2.0+ w/ Backplate 100-BP-3973-B9)
The 4gb rx 480 for $199
Or the ~250ish gtx 1060

I know the gtx 1060 is by far the superior card of the three, but the most graphically intense games I play are games like planet side 2 or world of warships which factors in the gtx 970's price and performance which I could also SLI

Any tips on which one would be the best bang for the buck what be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

My specs

Intel Core i5-6600 3.3GHz Quad-Core Processor
Gigabyte GA-H110M-A Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Crucial 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2133 Memory
Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
DIYPC Zondda-O ATX Mid Tower Case
Rosewill 500W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply
Sceptre E225W-1920 22.0" 60Hz Monitor

Solution
First, the RX 480 or 1060 will probably cost more in the first 2 months due to high demand and low supply. I would definitely recommend the 970 therefore, and the 1060 is only about 20% better, but costs far more.
The 970 should be plenty enough for 1080p60 gaming.

The 970 doesn't do well with DX12, both the 480 and 1060 are much better. Currently very few games use DX12 but over the next couple of years that will change. For that reason alone I would rule out the 970 as I don't believe it will last anywhere near as long as the others
