Alright, I have had a Samsung 850 EVO 250GB ssd for about 2 years now, and does it's job incredibly. However, there's on problem. Now bear with me as I explain the problem in details.

When ever I boot up my computer FOR THE FIRST TIME (full shutdown), it boots up in about 7-11 seconds, which I what I want with an SSD. BUT, when I RESTART IT AT ANY TIME NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I DO RESTART MY COMPUTER, it takes about 2-3 minutes to boot. That's no exaggeration, 2 to 3 minutes to boot when my computer restarts. In April, I had to reinstall my Windows due to an error, but I forget what. Before that, my computer ALWAYS booted in second, now it takes forever to boot when I restart it. I don't know if it's my fault, but the only thing I can think of causing this is a firmware upgrade I did through Samsung Magician, after that firmware upgrade, it's been like this ever since. Is this a normal problem, or is it my fault. If there is a fix to this, I'd be happy to know.
