To be fair that was a really good pc accept the graphics card, the acer predator GPU is only a little better than the 730 I believe. So to be honest, if you don't want to build a PC your self and can't afford a separate GPU upgrade for what you have currently best bet would be to get a more balanced system such as an i5 as they are perfectly good for gaming as well. I done some searching and if you could spend just a little more you could get this http://www.dinopc.com/shop/pc/Primal-GS7-Gaming-PC-196p2543.htm its a pretty balanced mid range pc, but is built with better components I.E the PSU and has a 5 year warranty, and you could upgrade in the future if so desired. Or you customise around the desired parts till you a comfortable...

Meeting the minimum requirements does not mean its the optimal. You have a great build accept one thing. You have a god awful weak graphics card especially for GTA V. That is the issue, it does not have the horse power to drive demanding games like that. From the 700 series you would be at least looking at GTX 750/ti for a good playable experience. I would consider looking into upgrading to a GTX 1060 when it is released or RX 480. You generally find that 730 in HTCP computers or office. You internet and the rest of your PC is fine.

To be fair the guys in PC world are useless, this is why I started building my own. And for a PC I would look at this one if you're not wanting to build one. http://www.debenhamsplus.com/p/1040102/asus-g0aj-core-i5-4460-8gb-1tb-dvd-rw-nvidia-gtx960-windows-8.1-desktop?refsource=DEadwords&crtag=DE&refsource=deadwords&gclid=CKTo66WMjc4CFcQV0wodFx8Bmw# my friend brought it and its pretty decent for what it is both thermals and looks and 1080P performance. But to be realistic I would see if you can get a refund and look at prebuilt systems from Scan.co.uk or DinoPC, sometimes PCspecialists for a good prebuilt system. But what you find and like share with use and we can help.
