how to move files to SD card if says has be rooted

Solution
Hey there Amanda_34.

First I want to mention that some manufacturer's allow users to root their devices, but in most cases it is considered illegal so you might want to check that out for your situation.

As for moving media files from your phone's internal storage to your SD card, your phone does not need to be rooted at all. Most manufacturers include a File Manager app with their devices, which you can use for that purpose. Even if there's no such app, you can always open the app store and download one of the recommended file manager apps (most of them are free), so that you can transfer your files from your phone to your SD card and/or vice versa.

Hope that helps.
