Good evening,

I realize that I am probably worrying about nothing, but I can hear my computer fan and/or CPU working quite loudly. It never done this before. I have attached many different images of both my currently processes and services running. Can anyone let me know if there are unnecessary garbage running/how to optimize?

I also attached readings by Core Temp in case that information is useful.

Thanks so much!

I can't see that file share site from work, but first thing about a loud fan, open the case, clean things out, re-do the heatsink with new thermal paste see how that works.
I am sorry, the link posted wants me to download something, I ain't downloading nutting.

All I can say is, there is a paid software that suppose to clean stuff out for you that you don't need, something CLEAN. Me, I am cheap, I don't buy nutting, plus I can drive manual. I know when my box is idling, my cpu load is 0-3%, anything above that, somebody is doing something then I ask task manager WHO is it and attack that particular high-running processes.

How do I "drive manual"? Unless there is freeware available, I would like to learn.

I apologize about the file uploading website. Try these:
Temperatures
Processes 1
Processes 2
Services 1
Services 2
Services 3
Services 4
Services 5
Services 6

I have cleaned my computer many times, with little improvement. I haven't reapplied the thermal paste, so I will report back once I do. If there are any other ideas, please let me know.
