I bought a gaming pc the other day and considering I don't do any hardcore gaming or anything (and also the fact that I'm poor) I just got a low grade PC off Scorptec
My components are:
CPU - AMD FX-6300 Black Edition
Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Motherboard
Graphics - Gigabyte GeForce GTX 950 OC, 2GB
Memory - Corsair 8GB (2x4GB) 1600MHz DDR3
SSD - Samsung 750 EVO Series 120GB SSD
HDD - Seagate Desktop HDD 1TB, ST1000DM003
Case - SilverStone KUBLAI W Black ATX Case, Window
Power Supply - SilverStone Strider Essential 500W Power Supply
Operating System - Microsoft Windows 10 Home, 64 Bit OE
The problem here is, I only want to play one online game called Rust but it is simply unplayable. At first i thought it was the wifi but then i had a friend over that told me it was that the processor cant handle the game.
When i turned all the graphics down and played in a very small window it would work for about 10 minutes and then everything would start to lag again.
If it is the CPU, what is a cheap yet playable one I could possibly buy to replace or is it a different problem?
