Will a 600w PSU be enough for the GTX 1060?

I suggest that you go to Centre Com for your parts. They have much better prices for components, although they may have a lesser range of power supplies.
Unfortunately PCCG does not price match in my experience, although if you threaten to go to another retailer for your PC you may get lucky, as the market is quite competitive in Aus! ^.^
Centre Com will price match any product they have in stock to other retailers, just be sure to check with their live chat which is available something like 10am-6pm weekdays.
Worst case you can get everything apart from the power supply from Centre Com, and just order that separate from PCCG with shipping.
Just thought i'd let you know on how you could potentially save a bit of money. :)
Good luck!

swap out that one for this one. the one you have is made for older system it has split rail 12v so have the rail amp are one one cable the other has the other half. some times with split rails there amp rating may be to close to the load of the cpu and video on one leg and shut down in games. the ps i liked is less wattage but is newer unit.

Out of stock been for weeks.

Yup, they're usually kind of slow getting restocks at PCCG, its more of an on demand thing rather than having backlog of stock like many US stores due to the nature of purchases of PC components that are not necessarily well known, as people tend to stick to the EVGA G2 series and other popular items like the 212 Evo.
You can expect it to take a few weeks or longer if they haven't put up an ETA, which it looks like in this case.
They'll most likely wait until someone requests to buy it to restock.
Not reliable to wait on, the one you've selected is perfectly fine as is.

That is the US, where there is always plenty of demand for products. You have to understand that here in AUS we don't have everything as easy as the US. Prices are high for parts, and retailers often don't have huge amounts of stock due simply to the limited market and lowered demand. Retailers are ordering in only around 15 GTX 1080s of each make per shipment at the moment compared to the dozens in the US.

Less demand = less supply, basic rule of economics.

On top of that we have a 10% import tax because we're a first world country with third world internet in the middle of nowhere!
I have one of the fastest connections available (realistically) in the country and its hitting around 100Mbps download on a good day, usually around 80, and a few Mbps upload.
