Need 3rd Ssd To Store Games

I have my primary ssd for boot and a 1tb for storage but i just installed a new ssd and have it all active and primary portion but it doesnt have the program file x86 so i can store games on i try to download games on it but it doesnt download onto that ssd i have set everything up to download to that ssd but it still downloads to my start up ssd with windows on it and just doesnt go on that ssd im so lost because i can have it setup to store and download on my 1tb without any problem but when it comes to the ssd number 2 it downloads to ssd number 1 im lost on that part.

Yes but when i download even though i have selected the second ssd for the path it still downloads onto the first ssd.

1. A drive does NOT need a folder called "Program File (x86)" to download to, or install to.
That is simply for convention.
You can install to ANY folder on that drive.

2. Steam games can be installed to ANY drive or folder.
Like this:
In the steam client:
Steam
Settings
Downloads
Steam Library Folders
Add library folder

Im downloading off of google chrome and i have it all set to download to the second ssd it puts the setup in there but then after i hit the setup in that ssd it downloads in the first ssd.

Just about all current applications or standalone games give you the opportunity to choose where to install to.
If you just go with the default, it will do what it wants.

Select Custom or Advanced. YOU choose where it installs to.

i do that also for instance if i choose my 1tb it will go and install there but like i said if i choose my second ssd it will still choose my first 1 and how do i post a picture so i can show you my hard drives?

it asks me where would i like to download and i choose the ssd that its on then it still just goes on the first one its driving me crazy because i have no problem when download stuff like that to my hdd

'download' or 'install'?
2 different things.

You 'download' something from the internet, you 'install' something to a location in your system.

So...you've downloaded something.
Then you doubleclick the setup.exe to install it.
and then what...?
